How it works
The onboarding process will ensure we configure the right solution for your needs while meeting regulatory requirements. The below guide is meant to give you a high level understanding of the onboarding process. Based on your customer type more details will be shared by your Nomupay representative.
Before starting the onboarding process you will have taken a few preliminary steps with your Nomupay representative:
- Solution definition: During this step we will assess you business needs and determine our best suited product offering.
- Proposal: During this step we will work with you to establish the best commercial terms tailored to your business model and projected volumes.
Once an agreement has been reached on the above, the onboarding process will start. The onboarding process includes six phases, from submitting your application to activating your live account.
