Technical documentation walkthrough

Your technical onboarding manager will walk you through the Developers Resources applicable for your integration type.

Sandbox setup and certification

You receive sandbox API credentials and perform sandbox testing.

  • If you are integrating via a Nomupay Associated Gateway i.e. Nomupay Gateway, Cardstream Gateway or Cardinity Gateway, then the exhaustiveness of the sandbox testing is at your discretion.
  • If you are integrating via Nomupay's Ecommerce API, In-store API or Payouts API, then the sandbox testing requires that you perform a series of certification scripts to ensure that your API integration has been configured according to the specifications.

Additionally, if you are integration with Nomupay's In-store API, then it will also be required that an L3 terminal integration testing is scheduled and performed with Nomupay and the card schemes. The results are submitted for approval with the card schemes.

Production setup and certification

You receive production API credentials and perform production testing.

  • If you are integrating via a Nomupay Associated Gateway i.e. Nomupay Gateway, Cardstream Gateway or Cardinity Gateway, then the exhaustiveness of the production testing is at your discretion.
  • If you are integrating via Nomupay's Ecommerce API, In-store API or Payouts API, then the production testing requires that you perform a series of certification scripts to ensure that your API integration has been configured according to the specifications.

Pilot testing (if applicable)

If you are integrating via Nomupay's Ecommerce API, In-store API or Payouts API as a reseller partner we strongly advice that you perform E2E testing with one or more pilots. This steps allows for a confirmation that all processing data is correctly processed and reflected on the Nomupay's platform from an E2E perspective.
