Pay by Links Customisation
Pay by Links can be customised to control how the payment page appears to customers and what information is required at checkout. These settings can be configured at a merchant or channel level via the 'Settings' section in the portal.
Customisation options allow you to adjust branding, compliance information, and customer data requirements.
- Branding – upload a logo and define the company name displayed to customers on the hosted payment page.
- Compliance URLs – add links to your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are shown to customers during checkout.
- Delivery behaviour – control whether Pay by Links are sent automatically when created.
- Checkout requirements – specify which customer details must be collected during payment, such as email address, billing address, contact number, or date of birth.
These settings help ensure Pay by Links align with your branding, compliance obligations, and data collection requirements before customers complete payment.
