Nomupay’s Transactions area gives you a complete view of transaction activity over time, with access to reporting, transaction management, and detailed transaction data. Use this guide to learn about available features and how to use them.
Filtering & Downloading Transactions
Use the filtering options to specify the data you're looking for, such as date range, status and amount range. Use the 'Add Filters' option to apply further filters to the data set.
Reports can be obtained from your transactions by using 'Download Reports'. Note, 'My Columns' will provide data based on the selected items in the 'Columns' filter.
Managing Transactions
Depending on the transaction status, additional actions may be available. These options can be accessed by opening an individual transaction from the Transactions list.
- Refunds are available for transactions that have been fully processed as a debit (DB) or capture (CP). Once completed, the refund will appear in the transaction’s Transaction History.
- Reversals can only be applied to preauthorised (PA) transactions. This option is no longer available once a transaction has been captured. Successful reversals are recorded in the Transaction History.
- Captures can be performed on preauthorised (PA) transactions only. Once processed, the capture will be reflected in the Transaction History.
