The Credentials section in the Nomupay Dashboard allows authorised users to securely view their account credentials, including Entity IDs and Access Tokens.
Credentials Explained
The credentials below are used to authenticate and identify your merchant account when processing payments or integrating with APIs.
- Entity ID
A unique identifier used to represent a legally distinct merchant entity when processing transactions across markets and jurisdictions. Learn more
- Access Token
A secure token used for API authentication, allowing authorised applications to access payment services on behalf of your merchant account. Learn more
Accessing Credentials
Only users with High Level access can view credentials. To locate your credentials:
- Log in to the Nomupay Dashboard and open the Credentials section.
- Select the eye icon to reveal your credentials.
- Use the dropdown to view credentials by currency, where applicable.
Credentials can only be viewed once. Make sure you copy and store them securely. If your credentials are no longer visible, contact help@nomupay.com with your full name and email address to request reactivation.
