This guide explains the different user roles available in the Nomupay Dashboard and how to manage user access within your account.

User Roles

User roles define which areas of the Dashboard each user can access. Select a role below to view the available permissions.

  • High Level access is typically assigned to business owners, directors, or managers. Users with this role have full access to all areas of the Nomupay Dashboard.

  • Medium Level access is intended for users who need to create and manage transactions but do not require administrative permissions.

  • Low Level access is designed for users who only need to take payments, such as via the E-Terminal or Pay by Links.

Adding & Updating Users

The actions below can only be performed by users with High Level access. Ensure you are working in the correct mode (Live or Test) before making any changes.

    1. Log in to the Nomupay Dashboard and navigate to Users.
    2. Select Add User.
    3. Complete the required fields and select Add User.

    1. Navigate to the Users section.
    2. Search for the user you want to update.
    3. Use the Access Level dropdown to update permissions, then save your changes.
  •  
    1. Navigate to the Users section.
    2. Locate the relevant user.
    3. Select Reset Password. The user will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
  • Disabling user accounts must be requested through the Nomupay support team. If you are not a High Level access user, approval may be required before the request can be processed.
