The Payouts section in the Nomupay Dashboard allows you to view payout activity, balances, and statements across your accounts. It provides visibility into funds movement without requiring any action to be taken from this area.
Accounts
The Accounts tab is displayed by default. It provides an overview of your available balances by currency and recent payout-related activity.
Currency Accounts
Currency Accounts show your available balance per currency held on your account. Each currency is displayed separately (for example, PHP, GBP), allowing you to quickly see funds available in each currency account. The account overview reflects balance changes caused by events such as:
- Settlements
- Payout instructions
- FX swaps (credit or debit)
- Returns
Transactions
Below the currency overview, the Transactions section lists individual balance movements for the selected account and date range. Each transaction row includes:
| Date | Date and time the transaction was recorded |
| Description | Type of activity, such as Account Deposit or Payout Instruction |
| Source / Reference | Origin of the transaction (for example, Settlement or Instruction ID) |
| Amount | Value credited or debited from the account |
Instructions
The Instructions tab displays a list of payout instructions associated with your account. Each instruction represents a payout request and includes summary information such as amount, direction (debit), and description.
Selecting an instruction opens an Instruction Summary, which provides additional detail, including:
- Instruction progress and status
- Instruction history
- Amount and currency
- Instruction ID
- Transfer method and purpose of payment
Statements
The Statements tab provides a statement-style view of account activity over a selected date range. This view includes:
| Total credits | Sum of all incoming funds within the date range |
| Total debits | Sum of all outgoing funds within the date range |
| Current balance | Available balance at the end of the selected period |
Individual statement rows show the transaction date, description, credit or debit amount, and resulting closing balance. Statements can be filtered by date range and currency, and downloaded for reconciliation or accounting purposes.
