Scenario
The marketplace offers global ticketing services by connecting sellers and buyers to purchase tickets to sports, music, theatre and festival events. The marketplace has several acquirers to offer payments acceptance globally but faces heavy complexity and costs to handle reconciliation and payouts. Which is processed manually, and with slow and costly payouts being prone to failures.
Solution
By integrating with Nomupay the marketplace is able to consolidate all the funds acquired through payment acceptance via 3rd party acquirers on their Nomupay funding account.
The settlement linked to successfully executed payment transactions is made available on the marketplace’s funding account via bank transfer executed by the 3rd party acquirers.
To payout the sellers the marketplace issues payout instructions via API, which triggers a transfer of funds to the seller’s bank account or e-wallet.
