The Path solution consolidates Payments and Payouts, and it is designed to give you the flexibility to manage your incoming and outgoing funds via one single platform.
Path offers the ability for you to:
- Let your merchants process e-commerce and/or in-store payments using multiple payment methods in different countries,
- Manage the funds acquired during payment acceptance on behalf of your merchants,
- Payout the acquired funds to the merchant's nominated bank account.
To manage the merchant balances the following account structure can be established:
- Each of your merchants will be onboarded on Nomupay's platform.
- Nomupay will provide you with the merchant's unique identifier.
- The net amount from the payment acceptance transactions will automatically be credited to the corresponding merchant's funding balance.
- You will register the merchant's bank account where payouts will need to be made.
- You will initiate payouts to the merchant's bank account using Nomupay's API.

Customer Types
The Path solution can be architected to handle different customer types and their corresponding use cases:

| Referral partner |
Customer that has a network of enterprise merchants, platforms or marketplaces that they wish to refer to Nomupay. Referral partners do not technically integrate with the Path solution themselves, rather, they assist the Nomupay team with relationship management and defining the proper solution. This could include consultants, industry associations, etc. |
The Path solution requires merchants, platforms and marketplaces to integrate with Nomupay’s unified platform. The technical integration is done via API and will be explained during your integration phase.
