The Scheduler allows you to set up scheduled payments for clients in the Nomupay Dashboard. If you use both Test (sandbox) and Live, make sure you are in the correct environment before creating or updating schedules.

Scheduler Dashboard

The Scheduler Dashboard displays daily forecasted and actual payment outcomes for all scheduler-configured merchants within a selected month. Use it to monitor payment progression, identify collection trends, and spot issues quickly.

  • The table displays one row per day of the selected month, showing activity tied to instalments scheduled for that date. Expand each section below to see what each data point represents.

    • The total number and value of scheduled instalment payments planned for that day.

Queued Payments Value Total amount of instalments scheduled for the specific date.
Queued Payments Volume Total number of instalments scheduled for the specific date.
    • All instalments successfully processed for the scheduled date, regardless of when the payment was actually taken.

Total Collected Value Total amount successfully processed for the specific instalment date.
Total Collected Volume Total number of instalments successfully processed for the specific instalment date.
    • Instalments that have not yet been successfully collected for the scheduled date.

Total Unpaid Value Total amount not yet successfully processed for the specific instalment date.
Total Unpaid Volume Total number of instalments not yet successfully processed for the specific instalment date.
    • A breakdown of collected instalments by the method through which payment was completed.

Scheduler System Automated billing runs daily at 3:00 AM (client local time) to process scheduled instalments.
Re-biller System Automated retry system for instalments that failed the initial Scheduler attempt. Retries run at 7:00 AM, with additional reattempts every Wednesday and Friday at 7:30 AM.
Payment Link Payments completed via customer-initiated or merchant-sent payment and card registration links.
Manual Payments Payments taken manually by merchant users, either for failed instalments or future-dated scheduled instalments.

    Reporting

Select Download Reports to export the dashboard table as a CSV file. Use the column selector to choose which columns to include before downloading.

  • The chart gives you a visual summary of payment activity across the selected month. Toggle between Value and Volume to switch the display. Each day is shown as a stacked bar, broken down by collection source, so you can quickly see where payments succeeded and where they remain outstanding.

Edit client details Update client information. Avoid changing the client reference unless required.
Client notes Add internal notes related to the client.
SMS actions Send an SMS to the client using the phone number saved in their profile.

Archived Cards no longer in use. These are not available for new schedules.
Blocked Cards that cannot be used. If you believe a card is incorrectly blocked, contact help@nomupay.com.
