The Settings section in the Nomupay Dashboard allows you to configure branding, Pay by Links behaviour, user preferences, notifications, and API-related options for your account.
Merchant Settings & Channel Settings
The Merchant Settings and Channel Settings tabs contain the same configuration options. Use Merchant Settings to apply changes across the entire merchant account, or Channel Settings to apply different branding or behaviour to a specific payment channel.

Configure how your business is presented to customers on hosted payment pages.
Company logo Upload a logo displayed to customers on hosted payment pages. Company name The business name shown to customers. By default, this is the legal name registered on the merchant account. Address The registered business address. -
Define compliance links displayed to customers during checkout.
Privacy Policy URL Link to your Privacy Policy displayed on the payment page. Terms & Conditions URL Link to your Terms & Conditions displayed on the payment page. -
Control the default delivery behaviour when creating a Pay by Link. This setting will determine whether Pay by Links are sent immediately by default when created.

Define which customer details must be collected during checkout.
First and last name Require the customer’s full name Email address Require the customer’s email address Date of birth Require the customer’s date of birth Contact number Require the customer’s phone number Billing address Require the customer’s billing address
User Settings
User Settings apply only to your individual Dashboard account. From here, you can choose whether to receive dispute notifications and configure how information is displayed, including your preferred currency and language.
Notification Settings
Notification Settings allow you to define which email addresses receive dispute notifications. If multiple merchant accounts are available, you can also control which merchants are linked to each email address.
API Settings
The API Settings tab provides access to your API key for Pay by Links integrations and includes a direct link to the Nomupay Pay by Links API documentation.
